Vivienne Westwood has created a site dedicated to 100 days of Active Resistance in a bid to help us question our daily actions, events and circumstances and start to think critically about our world.

The site features a new image and caption each day. From small personal actions to larger collective moments of change, each represents a unique form of Vivienne Westwood’s Active Resistance.

We thought this sounded pretty damn cool so we decided to submit some images from the Plastiki expedition, which could be featured at some point over the 100 days. Exciting eh?!

We’ve been visiting the site daily to check out the new submissions, all of which are accompanied by a story or caption that sums up the their interpretation of Vivienne’s Active Resistance manifesto. We’re hoping to see the Plastiki pop up very soon!

“The principal idea of Active Resistance is that you get out of life what you put in and that real experience of the world involves thinking” – Vivienne Westwood.

Visit the site.
